TCWG Donations Policy

Donations of Time and Equipment

Anyone wanting to donate their time and or any wireless equipment to the group can do so freely so long as it benefits the group as a whole.

Donations of goods and services should be raised at our regular meetings on the last Monday of every month so that their application can be coordinated with existing infrastructure, suitability, and availability of group resources.
Any alterior motives or conditions of the donor should be aired at this meeting, all motives will be considered.
There should be no commercial motive for donation of time or equipment (ie to use the network to set up an ISP) as outlined by the telecommunications Acts of the Commonwealth of Australia.
Ownership of donated equipment passes to the group upon receipt of the equipment by the Group Committee or a current financial member of the group.
